Yongshanshui Phase One, Phase Two
SPECIAL VILLA
Expansion | Standalone Detached House
Continuation - Embracing Spacious Living Amidst Mountains and Waters
Continuing the design philosophy of WeGo Hidden Green, this time we take the project to the forefront of the Linkou Forest Protection Area, allowing homes to once again blend into the lush embrace of nature. With unique mountain-view villas featuring high waterfall walls, flowing streams, and paths lined with Metasequoia trees, Yongshanshui Phase One and Phase Two enable homeowners to read the seasons through the landscape and compose beautiful moments with their families.
Ode to Decorative Art - Baroque-inspired Architecture of Life
Yongshanshui Phase One marks WeGo's second chapter in incorporating architectural designs that embrace life, comfort, and spirituality. In terms of appearance, it diverges from the calm and reserved nature of Hidden Green. Utilizing rich and dynamic lines as key elements, along with a minimalist color palette dominated by off-white and curved decorations, it presents a Baroque-style art that is free-spirited, dynamic, and full of charm.
The distant view features a magnificent panorama of the Central Mountain Range, while the close-up reveals freely flowing lines, curved decorations, and a well-defined structural design. The two-story high waterfall wall invites the scenery indoors. With an innovative glass curtain, a green corridor, and a backyard garden, the project showcases the unique collaboration between WeGo and Yongshanshui, surrounded by the lush forest sea and fully embodying the spirit of "one project, one encounter."
Yongshanshui Phase Two inherits the Baroque-inspired design of Phase One, also boasting the grandeur of the Central Mountain Range in the distance. The backyard features trees, a warm wooden walkway, and various-sized stones, creating a distinctive scene of streams, forest landscaping, and walking paths. In the highly private villa domain, it cleverly constructs an open green space that fosters interaction and emotional exchange among neighbors. "Getting close to nature brings people closer together," embracing not only the mountainous landscape but also endowing Yongshanshui Phase Two with a rich and warm vitality.
Front Yard Parking, Backyard Gardening, Enjoying Life
Green life・embrace nature
In harmony with the green living philosophy of WeGo, both phases of Yongshanshui feature front yard parking designs. The backyards are designed with a glass curtain green corridor & garden, a stream & Metasequoia waterfront trail, integrating the architecture seamlessly into nature. Regardless of which corner indoors, one can admire the distant views of the Central Mountain Range through the windows and immerse themselves in the serene and comfortable forest-like ambiance.
Creating a More Charming Basement than the Bedroom
To break the established impression of basements, the basement design of Yongshanshui Phase One and Two once again brings sunlight, breeze, and water into the basement, creating a "go downstairs to vacation" private haven. Upon entering the basement, in addition to bright lighting, the most enchanting features include the two-story high outdoor waterfall wall design and pavilion landscaping. Listening to the flowing water into the pool, it feels as if visiting a hidden beauty in a mountain ravine, instantly escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.
