Centered around human-centric principles and breaking free from traditional lifestyles, Vivace Green challenges the conventional use of basements for parking or storage. Instead, it combines the concept of separating pedestrian and vehicular traffic with the garden garage idea. The design incorporates 3000 psi high-strength concrete, pressure-resistant quartz bricks, and carefully selected white oak and small-leaf olive trees. Departing from the muddy and messy traditional soil garden, it meticulously plans a garden garage that invites lingering visits, emanating a serene and prestigious design.

Once you've parked your car and entered through the gate, what greets your eyes is a spacious and sunlit living room. Closing the door isolates you from the urban hustle and bustle, allowing you to fully enjoy the sunlight and greenery. Connecting to the living room, there's a side courtyard designed with a visually stunning full-length window. Simultaneously, it adds up to 1.5 meters of height, creating a 3-meter ridge distance with adjacent buildings. This not only significantly reduces a sense of confinement and enhances natural light, but also maximizes the use of the side courtyard space, crafting a private green oasis.

In addition, we've reserved storage space in the foyer and stairwell areas. This space allows for the free placement of artworks or plants, enabling homeowners to personalize their style and fully embody the design philosophy of "Less is more." It's a canvas for minimalist design.

We ingeniously utilized this spacious area of up to 32 ping. The courtyard design, bathed in sunlight, immediately dispels the dark and traditional impression of the basement. Coupled with a 7.5-ping outdoor leisure area, a refreshing pool, warm pine flooring, and maple trees create a completely private vacation space.
